Thomas O. Bayard

(1950-1995)

Thomas O. Bayard, former Deputy Director and Research Fellow, was previously Program Officer for International Economics at the Ford Foundation and Economist at the US Department of Labor. He was coauthor of Reciprocity and Retaliation in U.S. Trade Policy (1994), coeditor of Economic Relations Between the United States and Korea: Conflict or Cooperation? (1989) and author of several articles on trade and adjustment policies.
