Ben A. Petrazzini

Visiting Fellow, is Assistant Professor at the Department of Information and Systems Management of The Hong Kong University of Science and Technology. Mr. Petrazzini holds a Ph.D. in Communication from University of California, San Diego, a law degree from National University of Córdoba, a MA in Sociology, and a MA in Social Sciences. He is the author of Global Telecom Talks: A Trillion Dollar Deal (1996).
